Propane motor fuel provides cleaner air with less emissions. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency tests show that propane motor fuel used in vehicles can produce 30 to 90 percent less carbon monoxide, and 50 percent less toxics and smog-producing emmissions than gasoline engines.

Propane motor fuel is safe because it is non-toxic, nonpoisonous and has the lowest flammability range of any alternative fuel. Also, propane vehicle tanks are 20 times as puncture resistant as gasoline tanks and are tested up to four times the normal operating pressures.

Using Propane in your vehicle can reslult in longer engine life and lower maintenance cost and is the least expensive alternative to gasoline.

You may be eligible for certain tax deductions when you use propane motor fuel.

Almost any gasoline-powered vehicle can be converted to propane and the cost is quickly recovered through fuel cost and lower vehicle maintenance. When you convert your gasoline-powered engine to propane, you may be eligible to deduct part of the conversion cost from federal taxable income, or if you are in the market for a new vehicle, more automakers are manufacturing factory-equipped propane powered vehicles.

Propane motor fuel has been used for more than 80 years, so make the switch to save money and help save the environment.
